1. Description of Service

Our Martial Arts operates an online directory of martial arts schools ("Directory") and an online store selling martial arts-related merchandise ("Store"). School owners may create accounts to submit, claim, and manage their own listings within the Directory.

2. Accounts

To list or claim a school, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

3. Listings and User Content

School owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information and photos they submit for their listing. We do not independently verify listing content and make no guarantee as to its accuracy, completeness, or currency. We reserve the right to remove or edit any listing that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inaccurate, inappropriate, or in violation of these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the website to:

• submit false or misleading information;
• upload content you do not have the right to use;
• harass, defame, or infringe on the rights of others;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its underlying systems;
• or use the website for any unlawful purpose.

5. Orders, Pricing and Payment

All prices on the Store are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes are calculated and added at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of stock.

6. Shipping

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products purchased through the Store pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances outside our control.

7. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items purchased through the Store, except where required by applicable law. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

That said, if there is a problem with your order — such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item — please contact us at hello@ourmartialarts.com. While we are under no obligation to provide a return, refund, or exchange outside of what the law requires, we will do our best to work with you to find a reasonable resolution on a case-by-case basis.

Nothing in this section limits any right or remedy you may have under applicable Canadian or provincial consumer protection legislation that cannot be waived by agreement.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images (excluding content submitted by school owners and excluding third-party trademarks), is the property of Our Martial Arts or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and all content, listings, and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except to the extent such warranties cannot be excluded under applicable law. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that listing information is accurate or current.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Our Martial Arts and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the website or any product purchased through the Store. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the website will not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
